takes away any worries of responding to a network outage. We structure
a Langistic maintenance and service agreement to your specific needs.
Once we layout the service parameters (i.e. response time, access
hours, equipment covered, services protected, etc.) it becomes our
complete responsibility to keep those services running. We can provide
this service without requiring any client intervention, and ensure
that the key contact person is notified via phone/email/page or
fax of restoration status during the entire loss of service.
